Transcripts

Welcome to Samuel’s Transcripts page.

Here you’ll find the title, date, description, and link to each transcript.

We will be adding more transcripts here as they become available. Right now, we’re starting with some of the oldest meetings so you could see what Samuel’s teachings were like early in his work.

  • June 2nd, 2002

In this teaching about relationships Samuel’s discussion includes: the roles Awareness, Balance, and Compassion play in healthy relationships; how relationships highlight our lessons and issues; uncovering your hidden attitudes about relationships; and, achieving the next and most important relationship in your life.

  • May 5th, 2002

Samuel uses this evening’s teaching to help us see our patterns in regard to loving with an “open heart.” He shares information and exercises that will help us bring more compassion, trust and conscious¬ness into our lives and explains how our doing this will help bring peace to the world.

  • April 7th, 2002

Samuel kept the audience laughing throughout this evening as he made serious points about the role of discipline in our lives and what it means to be a Guardian. In a brief guided visualization, he asked us to imagine being a planetary overlord and to consider what we could do to help bring peace to the trouble spots flaring on the planet. Samuel then used the analogy of an ant colony plagued by rogue ants to teach a lesson about bringing peace to our world. He drew the evening to a close with the reminder that we must first make real in our own lives the changes we are wanting to bring into the world.

  • March 3rd, 2002

This evening of practical teachings proves once again that Samuel is a master weaver. Individual contemplation, clear teachings and a ‘homework assignment’ are woven into a tapestry by Samuel to illustrate that the way we see the world affects our health, wealth and wisdom. He explains how our passion for life affects our health, how the fulfillment brought by that passion attracts wealth, and that laughter is an eternal aspect of wisdom.

  • February 3rd, 2002

Samuel says that financial abundance is within our reach and that we can more easily achieve it by following some simple steps. He talks about how to make the most of the opportunities that come our way and how to expand our experiences by seeking challenges and making the best use of what we have to dramatically improve our financial outlook. Other related topics he discusses are: being aware of when we feel in or out of control; recognizing beliefs from our past that limit our present; the importance of discernment; getting out of ruts; and how financial abundance helps us live our Guardianship.

  • January 6th, 2002

Looking ahead to what he refers to as “The Year of Magic and Re-creation,” Samuel warns that, with magic all around us, we must be careful not to mistake the illusions of our world for the real thing. He then leads a discussion on ways we can learn to distinguish easily between the two. We miss seeing the magic and buy into the illusion, Samuel says, when we mentally put everything we experience into a familiar box. By avoiding that trap, we’re able to tap into re-creation energy and greatly enhance our everyday experiences and, in effect, bring magic into our lives.

  • December 2nd, 2001

During this holiday meeting Samuel stresses the need for us to return to the basics of sacred celebrations. These first holidays of 5:3:2 will very much be a map of our lives, he says. They will allow us to move beyond the traditions and to see them as an expression of ourselves. Samuel continues, saying that throughout history sacred celebrations have all shared three basic elements— food, sound, and giving. With active participation from the audience (including a short chorus of the famous “Rudolph”) he discusses how we can use these specific elements to help personalize the sacredness of the season and its celebrations now. Samuel closes this very full teaching by encouraging us to use these elements to create the deepest, most touching holiday season we can imagine.

  • November 4th, 2001

Samuel skillfully unites seemingly unrelated topics in this diverse teaching. Through an interactive discus¬sion of the holidays of Samhain, All Saints Day and Thanksgiving, Samuel delivers a message in which he emphasizes the importance of finding inner strength throughout the holiday season and into the coming year. Our inner strength comes from releas¬ing our past, living in our now, understanding that “forgetting” is not the same as “forgiving”, focusing on what works in our lives, and finding gratitude in every area of our lives.

  • October 7th, 2001

In this meeting Samuel stresses that we can help heal the world and our hearts as we bring positive changes to humanity. He used audience partici¬pation to teach us practical ways to love, reminding us that our service is as simple (and as hard) as living love. Love expressed with the intent to heal, he says, WILL make a difference in the world. Samuel closed the meeting saying: “Your world is not on the verge of war, it’s facing its last one. Hear that, do not mistake what I am saying, you have never been more needed—not to send your thoughts across the world, (but) to send your thoughts to your neighbor. . . . If it does not work it won’t matter pretty soon anyway; and if it does work, you’ve done what you’ve come here to do.”

  • September 16th, 2001

This special meeting was called by Samuel to focus on how we can best heal ourselves and humanity from the recent September 11 tragedies. Recorded only days after the attacks of terrorism, these tapes offer powerful, yet practical, guidance from Samuel at a time when much of the world was still in shock.
Samuel stresses that while these events provide an opportunity for Guardians to make a difference, but they must first heal themselves before they can help others. Tune into Samuel’s energy on these tapes and let your healing begin!
