    Samuel tells the traditional Christmas story from the perspective of Mary, Joseph and their parents to bring us a powerful teaching of courage and strength. Samuel discusses: bravely facing the unknown; the power of appropriately releasing the confines of tradition; the freedom that comes from accepting what is; compassion and the willingness to let go in order to be true to our beliefs; the choices we face; and, the miracle within each of us.

    Following a discussion about how our perceptions determine whether we manifest positive or negative experiences, Samuel moves to his main topic of the evening—overcoming the tyranny of self. He discusses the tyranny we exercise over ourselves when we focus on the little things in our lives that aren’t working for us, or when we react to situations with fear instead of responding thoughtfully with love. He describes the power that comes from seeing options, and talks about allowing spirit to give inner guidance, even as form gives shape to our lives.

    In this powerful teaching, Samuel discusses practical ways we can use spiritual energy to transform our lives. Topics include: the true role chaos plays in our lives and in the world; the power which comes from refreshing our nature and releasing our nurture; love as the energy of Source functioning in the world; the importance of creating new beginnings rather than “fluffing up” the past; how to avoid transforming our lives into a state of death, rather than a process for living; the role judgment plays in limiting transformation, and much more.

    Using Labor Day as a backdrop, Samuel focuses on the work we do as he discusses: the importance of balancing action and trust; how our definitions of “work” color our attitudes about work; the power of recognizing that we are the center of our universe; why our work is a reflection of our ego; the danger of hating our jobs; the risk of defining ourselves by what we do; the gift of making our work a labor of love, and much more.

    Samuel uses the Celtic fire festival of Lughnassadh as a focus for this timeless message about creative manifestation. During this lively meeting, he discusses: the role attitude and intent play in creativity; the relationship between manifestation and creation; the power of awareness and completions; how giving creates receiving; the need to set priori-ties, have focus and flexibility; and the amazing opportunities free will affords us.

    In this wonderful Independence Day meeting, Samuel combines the language of the Declaration of Independence with the U.S. Constitution as the focus for his discussion which includes: the difference between acting for others and acting out of self-interest and greed; the importance of seeking independence for rather than independence from; the effect of working in unity versus the limitations of acting alone; and other ways of gaining freedom from the prisons we create for ourselves.

    During this lively Sunday night meeting Samuel answers questions on a wide variety of topics, including: overcoming unemployment; constel¬lations and ancient civilizations; how best to connect with the Guardians of the other kingdoms (dog, evergreen, etc.); thought forms made manifest by mass consciousness–their existence and how to render them ineffective; world politics; reasons Spirit would choose a form with a genetic predisposition to depression and other chronic illnesses; finding balance; how to learn our lessons without drama and “two-by-fours”; the spiritual and energetic purpose, as well as the intended results of the working he will be leading in Britain in October; misunderstandings–understanding their cause and clearing them up; and, free will vs. full knowledge.

    During this wonderful evening of give-and-take, Samuel answered questions about: labyrinths as portals and how they can be used in 5:3:2; dealing with depression; the way Guardians “not in this world” can help the completion of Sacred Status; awakening Dragon energy in ourselves and in the world; anger management among Guardians; fear of loss; and world events.

    Samuel explains that in order to open the door to renewal we must first “clear the decks” in our lives. He discusses the effects of our resistance to and fear of the unknown; seeing fear as a traffic signal guiding our journey; how incompletions limit our abundance; a technique to assist in making completions; the role of gratefulness in making completions and much more.

    In this delightfully lighthearted meeting, Samuel uses the story of “The Wizard of Oz” to teach the principles of right communication. Topics include: making choices; being open to the unexpected; the dangers of reacting; the power of choosing our words and our actions; the power of listening and of being quiet; the difference between talking to and talking with; the importance of helping each other; opening our hearts to others; and finding what we need in what we have.
