This extraordinary night begins with a guided olive oil tasting at Mer Des Oliviers de Delphes, a renowned restaurant perched above the valley with breathtaking views. You’ll learn about the region’s centuries-old olive oil traditions while savoring some of the world’s most celebrated and award-winning oils.

Following the tasting, you’ll be treated to a 100% plant-based dinner that harmonizes local flavors with Greek culinary heritage—crafted especially for our group. Every dish has been designed to nourish the body and uplift the spirit, celebrating the abundance and purity of the land.
