1. Within your beliefs and behaviors what would you like to bring to wholeness?
    • Write down your end-product (I want to lose 10 lbs)
    • Create a positive end-statement of that change (My body functions perfectly, taking in only what it needs.)
    • Fill yourself with Love, seeing the end-product you are seeking.

2. With your positive statement filling your mind, begin tapping with two or three fingers of your dominant hand.

Using two or three fingers for 5-7 taps:

  1. Tap the outside of the pinkie finger, repeating your written statement.
  2. Tap the inner side of your hand (the side you’d use if you were making a karate chop) while you repeat the positive statements you have written down.
  3. Repeat the positive statement and tap just above where your eyebrows meet
  4. Repeat the positive statement and tap the ends of your eyebrows
  5. Repeat the positive statement and tap centered on the orbital bone under your pupils
  6. Repeat the positive statement and tap centered in the area between your nose and upper lip
  7. Repeat the positive statement and tap centered directly under your lower lip
  8. Repeat the positive statement and tap in the hollow between your clavicle and first rib, close to the sternum.
  9. Repeat the positive statement and tap centered below your armpit in line with your nipple (lymph area)

Once you’ve mastered this, you can use a shorter version which follows the same protocol, but taps only four areas:

    1. Repeat the positive statement and tap your crown (the soft spot slightly back of center)
    1. Repeat the positive statement and tap the area centered between your nose and upper lip
    1. Repeat the positive statement and tap the area centered directly under your lower lip
    1. Repeat the positive statement and tap your heart area
